Privacy Policy
This page explains what data may be submitted or recorded when the website is used and the practical purposes for which it is handled.
Last updated: 12 July 2026
These pages describe the website's current implementation. They are not legal advice or a guarantee of compliance and should be reviewed by a suitably qualified legal professional before being treated as final legal documents.
Controller and contact
The website is operated by Dimitris Karastamatis under the trading name DK Web Solutions. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to contact@dkwebsolutions.gr.
A physical address or registration number is not published because that information is not present in the available repository material and must not be invented.
Data you submit
The contact form asks for a full name, email address, subject and message. Company and phone are optional. Submission time, IP address and user agent are also processed for security, rate limiting and delivery of the message.
Do not submit sensitive personal data, passwords or confidential information that is not needed for an initial enquiry.
How the data is used
Form details are used to read the enquiry, assess whether a collaboration may be suitable and send a response. Processing is connected to the request you submit and the security of the communication service.
Google Analytics is used only after analytics is enabled through the cookie controls. It provides aggregate information about visits and essential interactions. Contact-form message content is not intentionally sent to Analytics.
Providers
Resend sends the form message by email. Google reCAPTCHA v3 runs when the form is submitted to assess spam and abuse. Google Analytics loads only after consent. Hosting and serverless behaviour follow the project's Cloudflare Pages deployment model.
Providers operate under their own terms and policies. Any processing or transfer outside the European Economic Area depends on provider configuration and contractual safeguards and should be confirmed by the controller before final legal publication.
Retention and security
Messages are kept for as long as needed for communication, assessment of possible collaboration, technical security and applicable legal obligations. No formal retention schedule has been supplied, so this policy does not invent a fixed period.
The form uses validation, a honeypot, submission timing checks, rate limiting and reCAPTCHA when configured. No technical measure can guarantee complete security.
Your rights
You may request information, access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection where the relevant right applies. Analytics consent can be withdrawn through Cookie settings.
Complaints may be made to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority. Whether a specific right applies depends on the request and the legal basis for the processing.
Changes
This policy is updated when the form, providers, analytics setup or other material data flows change. The date at the top records the latest text update.
